However, when the owner decides to sell the property, the profit from the transaction is not subject to taxation, which allows him to receive the entire amount corresponding to the estimated value of the property, without deductions in favor of the state.
The Aida project offers several ways to pay for the property you purchase. Customers can use cash, but the established limit of 4,000 OMR should be taken into account. In addition, bank transfers and secure online payments using credit cards are available for making a purchase. The project also accepts manager checks and digital currencies. It should be emphasized that all payments should be sent directly to the developer, excluding intermediaries in the form of real estate agents.
When funds are transferred to the developer, they are sent to a special protected escrow account, which is managed by a reliable financial institution. This ensures the safety of funds until the project is completed. Oman has strict rules and procedures to protect investments. Investors do not need to open a bank account or take any additional steps, as the construction company takes care of all the necessary formalities.
In the Sultanate of Oman, developers are strictly required to follow the terms of a standard contract when purchasing real estate, and any changes to the text are strictly prohibited.
